As a family, we are taking part in EDS Awareness Month in partnership with Ehlers-Danlos Support UK.

💪 As a family diagnosed with EDS, we are trying to raise awareness of the condition, all while proving that we can be active and healthy too! We are walking, swimming and cycling as far as we can in May.

20 of our swimmers swam a total of 17,710 metres of the pool today, and for an absolutely fantastic cause!

From the tiniest 3yr old Oscar swimming 20m all by himself (no aids) to our fabulous swimmer and aquatic helper 16yr old Jack swimming a total of 6000m 🤯 they all did us proud 💪.
