***Celebrating our Volunteers***

It's the end of 2026 and, as always - we couldn't do what we do without you 💚

We are entirely run by volunteers. Every single person working to make things happen at Rodley Nature Reserve is giving their time and skills for free.

There are so many people involved in keeping the reserve going. Some people you see when you visit and some you don't.

Our volunteers may be working behind the scenes when the reserve is closed, serving in the café in the Visitors Centre, looking after our harvest mice introduction programme, planning and running events, looking after the finances, creating our calendars, posting online and doing so many other incredibly important jobs that need doing so that we can open for visitors.

Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers!
