Pop along to the centre of Ross and see the traders:

Pantry At Four - Sue will have her amazing home baked cakes, quiches and pies. As well as her selection of jams and pickles.
Nigel Oates Fashion Clothing - Nigel will be in his usual spot with a great selection of Summer outfits and hats to keep the sun off!
Old Bakery Flower Garden - you'll find Lucy on the market apron who is celebrating British Flowers Week.
Help for Cats - selling gifts and products in aid of their charity
Councillors Surgery - come and chat to the councillors who will be at the market between 10am - 12noon.

Ross-on-Wye Town Council is inviting all residents to participate in the Budget Consultation for 2027/28 as part of the preparations to set the precept for the next financial year. The precept represents the town council’s share of the council tax collected by Herefordshire Council and plays a crucial role in funding essential local services.

Looking for a day packed with laughter, games and unforgettable memories? Thanks to grant funding from Platform Housing Group, Ross-on-Wye Town Council will be hosting a National Play Day on Wednesday 5th August at the Rope Walk, Ross-on-Wye from 10am - 3.30pm.

A fun filled event for kids and grown ups! Best of all, its FREE!

Residents living in recognised flood-risk areas of Ross-on-Wye Town Council Parish can collect Aqua Sacs from the Town Hall free of charge, while stocks last.

✅ Available on a first come, first served basis
✅ Limited to eligible postcodes in known flood-risk areas
✅ ID and proof of address required

Our regular traders will be here with a fantastic selection of fresh fish from R and D Seafood, delicious cheeses and eggs from Taynton Farm Foods, plants, and flowers from Tom Barbers Bridge Nursery & Florist. And Nigel, Nigel Oates Fashion Clothing will have a large selection of Summer wear.

We're also delighted to welcome back Sean from Shake N Seasons Ltd, bringing his popular pork scratchings and a huge range of tasty seasonings.

As part of Refugee Week, we are pleased to welcome hvoss - Herefordshire, who will be showcasing the valuable work they do in supporting Ukraine and the local community.

We are also excited to introduce a new trader, Kian Foods, offering a tempting selection of fresh olives, baklava, nuts, and other Mediterranean treats.

Join the Ross Community Clean Up Crew on Saturday 20th June at 10.00am as we mark Sir David Attenborough's 100th birthday by giving something back to the environment he has spent his life championing.

📍 Meet outside Brampton Abbotts Primary School

Let's collect 100 sacks of litter and help make our local area cleaner, greener and more beautiful for everyone.

Whether you can spare an hour or stay for the whole event, your support will make a real difference. Bring your family, friends and neighbours and help us celebrate this remarkable milestone in a positive way.

📢 Councillors' Surgery Update
Please note there will be no councillor surgery taking place this week.
Summer Councillors’ Surgeries will be held at the Market House on the third Saturday of each month, from 10am to 12pm. The next surgery will be held on Saturday 20th June 2026.
These sessions will provide an opportunity for residents to drop in, ask questions, raise concerns, or share ideas about the local area.
We look forward to seeing you there.
