You'll carry out repairs, maintenance, improvements, and refurbishment across Target Housing properties - ensuring a reliable, responsive service while keeping residents at the heart of everything you do.

📍 Hull/Grimsby | Full-time, Permanent (39 hours per week)
🔧 Joinery-focused with flexible multi-trade working
🛠️ Experience and qualifications in joinery required
📱 Confidence using digital devices (PDA/iPad) to log work
🚗 Full valid UK driving licence essential

We're looking for a customer-focused, skilled tradesperson with good knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures - and the ability to work across trades to get the job done.

Everyone’s journey back to independence looks different.

James* had been through a difficult period in his life, but with support from the Doncaster Complex Lives project at Target Housing and guidance from our Cost of Living Navigator Lorraine Kiryluk, he was determined to rebuild his confidence and return to work.

After updating his CV, attending interviews and completing a work placement, James didn’t give up.

On 17 November 2025, he started a full-time permanent role with Tesco. 👏

A fantastic achievement and a great example of how determination and the right support can help people move forward.
