📢RWB Utilities Ltd is looking for an 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 to join the team.
We are delivering essential gas mains replacement works across the East Midlands as part of the Cadent programme, and we are looking for someone who can lead from the front. This role is all about safe, efficient delivery, strong team leadership, and excellent customer care.
As our Gas Site Supervisor, you will oversee operational teams from site set‑up through to reinstatement and completion. You will ensure compliance with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards, manage Street Works activities, support traffic management requirements, and keep projects moving to programme. You will also work closely with a Customer Liaison Officer to minimise disruption and support customers with specific needs.
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
✅SHEA (Gas) & NRSWA Supervisor
✅Experience supervising gas works & operational teams
✅Strong understanding of safety, compliance & quality standards
✅SCO, IOSH/SMSTS or NCO Gas Level 2 (preferred but not essential)
✅A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset & a commitment to great service
