We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Rothwell Good Neighbour Scheme – a new community initiative dedicated to lending a helping hand and bringing people together.

Whether you need support with everyday tasks or simply someone to talk to, our friendly, DBS-checked volunteers are here for you.

💛 How we can help:
✅ Shopping and collecting essentials such as prescriptions
✅ Gardening and small household jobs
✅ Help using a computer or the internet
✅ Dog walking
✅ Friendly chats and befriending

Rowell Fair 2026 is officially 'blessed'... to all that came and supported our annual Civic traditions, our amazing community, visitors, uniformed groups, Rothwell Schools and Churches Together, thank you! Enjoy the week and everything that the fair brings to our great town AND in readiness for the morning, GOD BLESS THE KING AND THE LORD OF THE MANOR... see you at 6am

Rowell Fair 2026 is officially here!

Today we had the Curd Tart Competition.

Tomorrow there’s fun throughout the day and of course Proc bright and early 6am on Monday.
