We didn’t let the rain interrupt play as we moved our Year 7 District Cricket fixture indoors. Our King James team adapted well to the change of format and managed a 4 run fixture. 🏏👏🏼👏🏼

Lots of compliments today for our superb year 8 Sports Leaders who officiated the annual Year 3/4 North East Herts Tennis event today. A big thank you as well to Mr Endacott our School Games Organiser and of course a big well done to all of the Year 3/4 players who competed brilliantly in some wet conditions! 🎾👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Mr Dowler and Mr Choudhury will be representing King James Academy as they take on a Celebrity XI in support of Dan Gaze Support Services, a dedicated youth service who help young stundents achieve positive outcomes within the school environment.

PE teachers from across Hertfordshire are coming together for this fantastic cause, with the opposition featuring well-known names such as Callum Best, Dan Osborn (TOWIE) and Cal the Dragon.

A huge well done to both of our new Y9 GCSE PE groups. They have made a great start to the course with lots of enthusiasm and focus. We look forward to continuing to work with them for the next two years. 🩻🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏾‍➡️👌🏻
