🌼 Daffodils’ Day 🌼
Daffodils started their day talking about The Three Little Pigs! 🐷🐷🐷 The children chose to make marks using paint, exploring colours and expressing their creativity. 🎨
After that, we enjoyed some Big Movement Maths, where the children jumped onto the correct shapes. They showed great listening and attention skills as they carefully listened to the instructions and jumped onto the correct shape.
We also took part in a sensory activity, which encouraged the children to join in, follow instructions, and recognise colours and patterns. The children searched through the soapy foam to find different patterned shapes and colours. 🫧🌈
To finish, we enjoyed some construction play, building the pigs’ houses using blocks and magnetic shapes. 🧱🏠 The children worked creatively as they explored how to build and construct their own houses.
