Around half of my work with T J Owen Property Maintenance is actually completing nursery maintenance contracts. Work I am incredibly proud of but often unable to post here due to safeguarding rules on site. I was lucky enough to be able to catch a few snaps of this new gate at one of my nurseries last week.

I currently have space in my diary to take on additional nursery and small school contracts for monthly maintenance and/or gardening visits and larger works in the school holidays. I have a current enhanced DBS and can provide references from my current nurseries to comply with safer recruitment laws. Feel free to PM me for more information.

This hallway, stairs and landing in Higham Ferrers have had a refresh this week. Accomplished by;

🔨 Changing the dark wood to a white high gloss.
🔨 Filling in some cracks and dents to give a smooth finish.
🔨 Giving the walls and ceilings a new coat of easy-care paint.
🔨 Fitting carpet tiles to protect stairs from wear and tear and provide comfort and stability underfoot.

This Bedroom needed alot of love, redesigning and building of new cupboards to maximise storage space without making the room feel smaller. New carpets, re plaster and redecoration with additional plug sockets added, now it feels like a bright fresh space.
