2026 Jubilee Hub Consultation –

Have your say! on the services and facilities at Jubilee Hub
Saffron Walden Town Council (SWTC) seeks the views and opinions of Saffron Walden residents. It is particularly keen to hear from residents that currently attend the activities at Jubilee Hub, to understand what elements of the service are most important. SWTC is also keen to hear from those that do not currently use the services to understand why.

Responses from this consultation will help to inform the future direction, improve the offering and services delivered from Jubilee Hub - the data will similarly be used to make further improvements to the building and infrastructure – and by illustrating a strong community voice, it will also support a substantial bid to The National Lottery.

The consultation closes at 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June 2026. Have your say by completing the short survey;
• Online at https://saffronwalden.gov.uk/services/the-jubilee-hub/
• Or by collecting a paper copy from Jubilee Hub or Tourist Information Centre.

You will have the opportunity of completing this on market day; Tuesday 09 June, at the SWTC Climate Change Community Engagement stall. A spokesperson for Saffron Walden Town Council and the Jubilee Hub Partnership said: “We are delighted to be supporting Climate Change initiatives in the centre of Saffron Walden. Please do drop in at the Town Council stall – by answering a few questions about services at Jubilee Hub, you will receive a voucher for a free hot lunch which you can redeem at Jubilee Hub on Wednesday 10 or Monday 15 June.”
“Everyone is welcome and we look forward to seeing you.”
