Cllr Brian Dalton. LibDem Wiltshire & City Cllr for West Harnham ward Standing up for Residents of West Harnham. Member of Wiltshire Council and Salisbury City Council. I then attended Highbury Secondary School from 1978 - 1983.

I have always lived in West Harnham, in fact the same house and the same road! I attended both Harnham Infants school from 1971 - 1974 and then Harnham Junior School from 1974 - 1978. I have fond memories from both schools: Remember Miss King and Mr White? I try to fight very hard for you, as residents. YOU are first and foremost in anything I do on your behalf. We need good affordab

le housing, not the destruction of our open fields, just to meet the council's housing target. The shoddy piecemeal development Harnham has sustained, is a disgrace, which has been imposed on us by the Conservative's with their 2015 adopted local plan. Not only have we lost open space, but the traffic from 746 houses on Netherhampton Rd will clog our local roads and the Gyratory. Eclipse Stage:-
Eclipse Begins:
6:17 pm The Moon begins to take a small bite out of the Sun's right edge.

Maximum Eclipse:
7:14 pm. Peak coverage (93.5%). The Sun will look like a thin, upside-down crescent.

Eclipse Ends:
8:07 pm. The Moon fully leaves the Sun's disc right before sunset.
