🤝 Love connecting people and building stronger communities?

We're recruiting a VCSE Development Advisor (Salisbury) (15 hours per week) to support communities in Salisbury, particularly Bemerton, the Friary and minoritised communities.

We're looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and is passionate about helping communities thrive.

Community development experience is welcome, but it's your ability to build trust, engage people and create connections that matters most. The rest can be learned.

📍 Place based in Salisbury, particularly Bemerton, the Friary and minoritised communities.

⏰ 15 hours per week (flexible)

💷 £28,000 FTE pro rata

📅 12-month fixed-term contract
