Group Exercise classes are a great way to become part of a community without the pressure. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about connection too. Moving together naturally creates a sense of belonging.
Exercising in a group can help boost motivation, reduce feelings of stress and isolation, and build confidence. Even the smallest interactions, a smile from another member or encouragement from an instructor, can have a positive impact.
