Central Bedfordshire Council is currently running a live consultation on sites proposed for the 2050 Local Plan, and there are seven proposed sites in Everton.

Anyone in the village or local area can submit a comment โ€” and everyone in your household can submit their own individual response.

You can raise any planning related concerns or observations , for example, impact on traffic, infrastructure, environment, or village character.

The consultation closes on 17th August, so make sure you share your views in time.

Submit your comments on the Everton sites here:
https://centralbedfordshire.oc2.uk/document/99/9166

To view and comment on all sites, click on the link below:
https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/local-plan-sites

Paper copies of the consultation and questionnaire will soon be in libraries (if not already there) for those who would like to submit that way.

Thank you
