Remembrance day.

This is for one of our very own. He is a veteran. He was lucky enough to be able to come home. But many of his brothers and sisters he served with did not.

Today is always a sad day for many as we remember those that we have lost. We remember those that have fought for our country and have given their lives so we can have ours.
There are many men and women who have fought for us and who still continue to do so. There are many that have come home that are now physically disabled due to their fight for our country. Many who have given up so much for their country.
Many of these brave men and women have come home but many are not the same as they once was. These men and women battle on everyday attempting to adjust to civilian life. Many still have nightmares, vivid flashbacks and can on a day basis relive all their experiences they have had, whilst serving their country.
Today is about remembering our fallen heroes but today is also about not forgetting about those who came home, those who still struggle daily.
