We had a fantastic day on Tuesday hosting our latest Mindful Moments session here at the study centre.
Designed to allow young people aged 7-16, and their parents, discover ways to take care of their physical and emotional wellbeing. The fun and practical session included making a stress ball, a worry doll and starting a journal. We also learned calming breathing techniques.
We looked at the benefits of being grateful and positive affirmations. Included was a wellbeing walk around the Attis Arena and some time practicing yoga techniques.
Thankyou to everyone who attended, it was lovely to meet you all. We hope you have learnt some new skills and techniques in caring for your mental health and wellbeing ๐
