TSE Group is pleased to announce a restructuring of the business starting as of September.

Callan Davis will become Operations Director and Ryan Woods will be promoted to Managing Director.

The further recruitment of a new Civils Manager and Head of Traffic Management commencing in the same time has enabled promotions for the business’s core functions supporting its ongoing expansion.

CEO Rhys Davis stated that with Callan and Ryan providing greater overall business oversight, the company will be able to grow significantly while maintaining its safe, reactive and outstanding service – essential for executing expansion plans.

These are exciting times for the company and we are confident that the new leadership will enable continued growth and excellence.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced individual to work alongside our Streetworks and Out of Hours Managers, helping to lead and develop our Traffic Management division.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Traffic Management role.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Good IT skills.
• Permit knowledge is desirable, but not essential.

What a fantastic Day & Night at Chatham Town FC! ⚽️🏆We are thrilled to share that TSE Group took home the win in our charity football match against MTS Cleansing Services Ltd, all in aid of vital cystic fibrosis research.

We would like to start with how fantastic MTS Cleansing Services Ltd played and the passion that went into the game! Which was lead by Zach Henderson, Allen Crust, Christopher Henderson

It was a rollercoaster of a game that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Despite dominating most of the match, we struggled to convert our numerous chances. With just 30 minutes left on the clock, we shockingly found ourselves 3-0 down. But giving up isn't in our DNA.

TSE Group came roaring back with an incredible second-half display: Sam sparked the comeback with two brilliant goals. Leo netted a dramatic equaliser, earning himself a well-deserved Player of the Match performance. We pushed hard for a winner in regulation time.

The closest moment came when our CEO, Rhys Davis, seemed destined to seal the victory, only to have the ball snatched off his toes at the absolute final second. With the score level at the final whistle, the game headed to a tense penalty shootout.

TSE Group held their nerve to secure a 6-5 victory! A massive well done to both teams for a fantastic, hard-fought game, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who supported and donated to such an important cause.

We would also like to give a massive thank you to Darran Cornhill for delivery a fantastic speech as always and leading the TSE team!

We also spoke to many attendees throughout the day and night who had a very positive experience. The success of MTS Cleansing Services Ltd in last year’s match, to have been snatched this year has certainly generated considerable excitement for next year.

TSE Group continues to invest in our fleet. As our Civil and Utilities Division expands, we have now invested in more support driver vehicles for this division and looking forward to seeing them hit the road tomorrow.

This investment will contribute to the business’s growth and create more careers in our local area.

All proceeds will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in memory of our directors’ best friend who sadly passed away at the age of 29 after a double lung transplant. We will continue to hold charity events annually to honour his memory 💙💛
