📮 Using a QR code at the Post Office? Please have it ready before joining the queue.

Our Post Office is extremely busy, and when a code needs to be found or loaded at the counter, it holds up everyone waiting behind you.

Before you join the queue, please open the correct QR code on your phone and check that it’s visible. Phone signal can be poor at the counter, so it’s best to load it in advance.

If you’re having trouble finding your code, please step aside and rejoin the queue when you’re ready. This helps us keep the queue moving and treat everyone fairly.

Thank you for your patience and for helping our team serve everyone as quickly as possible. 😊

⚠️ Customer Update – InPost Locker ⚠️

To all of our valued customers, we’d like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by our InPost Locker being out of service since Monday morning.

Unfortunately, the locker was left without power after electrical cables were stolen. This is completely beyond our control, but we understand how frustrating it has been for those of you who rely on the service.

We’re currently waiting for an engineer to attend and carry out the repairs. As soon as the locker is back up and running, we’ll let everyone know immediately.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of your local independent business. Incidents like this remind us how much local businesses can be affected by mindless acts of vandalism, and we truly appreciate the kindness and support you’ve shown us.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have any news.

Thank you,
The Go Local Extra North Anston Post Office Team 💙
