Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust We provide a range of mental health, learning disability and other specialist services in Sheffield.

We provide mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, community rehabilitation, and a range of primary care and specialist services to the people of Sheffield. We also provide some of our specialist services to people living outside of Sheffield. Our integrated approach to service delivery enables us to meet people’s mental, physical, psychological and social care needs.

The team spoke with parents, grandparents and carers, telling them all about how the service could support them, and offering practical tips to help with positive wellbeing and mental health 💙

Members of the Sheffield Talking Therapies team have shared their top tips for looking after your mental health, from getting out in nature to techniques to help you feel grounded.

If you are struggling today, or any other day, help is available - you are not alone.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call NHS 111, option 2 to speak to an advisor who can get you the help you need 📞

If you need someone to talk to, call Samaritans on 116 123. They are open 24/7 and you can call any time, from any phone for free 💬

Today we welcomed Sheffield’s Lord Lieutenant, Dr Julie McDonald, to our art exhibition, 'things that make me smile'. Run in collaboration with Sheffield Flourish and supported by Sheffield Hospitals Charity, the exhibition is now open at the Workstation in Sheffield.

The collection features more than 200 works by artists and contributors from across the city with lived experience of mental health, carers, and those working in support services.

The theme for the exhibition is ‘things that make me smile’ which was chosen by SHPU service users and members of the CAST art group at Sheffield Flourish. Each artist has approached the theme from their own viewpoint.

The exhibition celebrates the power of creativity to support our mental wellbeing and recovery from mental illness.

The exhibition is free to visit and runs until the end of this month. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm; and Sundays from 10am to 1pm.

Our staff vaccination programme is now live 💉

Lots of our staff came along to our vaccination van today to get their jabs, administered by our dedicated team.

Everyone who works at Sheffield Partnership is being offered a vaccination, helping to protect our staff, service users, friends and family from serious illness this winter.

If you work at our Trust, you can book your vaccination now - or drop-in to one of our clinics.

Things that make me smile 😁

We’re launching our annual art exhibition on Wednesday 7 October and we’d love you to join us!

The theme this year is ‘things that make me smile’ and staff, service users and carers have been sharing their interpretations with us. We have over 150 pieces ready to display, making it our biggest exhibition yet!

Wednesday 7 October 📆

10am to 3pm 🕰️

The Workstation, Sheffield 📍

There will be accessible creative activities from 11am and refreshments from 12pm.

The exhibition will run from 1 to 30 October at the Workstation.
It will be open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 1pm on Sundays. Closed on Saturdays.

The exhibition is free to attend and everyone is welcome 💙
