Skills Bank was able to do exactly this for Powertherm Contract Services, a leading industrial services provider, with our funding for training.

The bespoke training programmes they applied for funding towards focused on enhancing their ability to manage teams effectively, improve communication, and align everyone towards common business goals.

Phew - National Numeracy Day is almost wrapped up. We have loved engaging with you all across the region.

Are you ready to join the Multiply movement? We've got courses and workshops for all levels!

Multiply is part of the UK Government’s Skills For Life initiative, and the free courses and initiatives are designed to build confidence with numeracy at work and home and will provide a range of skills.

With Multiply you can learn anything from personal finances, to supporting your children with maths homework. The courses are available to local residents on either a part time or intensive, full-time basis.

As part of the Government’s Skills For Life initiative, Multiply has benefitted from a £7.2m investment by SYMCA from the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, that focuses on improving adult numeracy skills and confidence.
