So much more than just our lending services - we also have book sales, music events, film screenings and other special events. In September 2014 the small local charity Totley CRIC was set up to manage Totley Library after it was threatened with closure. We run the library entirely with volunteers and are developing it as a thriving community centre for the residents of Totley, Dore and Bradway.

Come along with your little ones anytime between 10.00am and 11.30am on Wednesday mornings.
This week, June 3rd, we will be celebrating 100 years since the first WINNIE THE POOH book was published. There will be a selection of simple Winnie the Pooh themed craft activities, painting, colouring and Play-Doh. Towards the end of the session we tidy away all the activities and we have our quiet time when we listen to a story and then sing some familiar songs. There is always a wide selection of toys available and plenty of lovely books to read. £1 donation, to support library funds, is greatly appreciated as you arrive and sign in.
