Support residents through the cost of living crisis

Tory economic incompetence has left us facing price rises and increased energy costs at a time when wages are stagnating.

Sheffield Labour will:

• Boost the Household Support Fund

• Protect services, fund community projects and prioritise the most in need

• Reduce energy bills and create warmer and better homes, retrofit and de-carbonise thousands of council homes

Last year Sheffield Labour supported thousands of children and young people with food vouchers during school holidays. We've also helped to open 171 ‘warm spaces’ and community hubs across the city.

Our Candidate Gareth Slater speaking out against the Tories Nationality and Borders bill

An important part of socialism is solidarity and the liberation of all groups. Against the backdrop of a horrendous rise in transphobic hate crime and unequal access to medical treatment and services, it is important that the Labour Party stands up for the trans community, and both our branch Chair and Secretary are proud to put their name to this statement. Please follow the link below to show your support!

We are coming together as Labour members concerned about the rise of transphobia in Sheffield, across the UK and internationally, to affirm our solidarity with all transgender and non-binary people in their struggle for justice, equality and liberation. **Background** Transgender people are systemat...
