Youth Collective Club:

The Youth Collective had a fantastic time coming together for a relaxed and enjoyable session. It was a great opportunity for young people to connect, spend time with one another and take part in a range of fun and engaging activities in a welcoming environment.

There was a really positive atmosphere throughout, with plenty of conversation, laughter and opportunities for everyone to get involved at their own pace. The session encouraged young people to build friendships, express themselves and enjoy spending time as part of the wider group.

Overall, it was a lovely session, with everyone leaving having had a positive and enjoyable experience.

Sheffield Young Explorers Nature Explorers Club:

At Firth Park, the children had a fantastic day exploring nature and taking part in an exciting animal experience session. They enjoyed getting up close to and learning about a variety of different insects and animals. The hands-on experience encouraged curiosity, confidence and a greater appreciation for wildlife.

They also had lots of fun spending time at the Firth Park, Park, where they enjoyed outdoor play, fresh air and exploring their surroundings with friends. Overall, it was a fun and engaging day filled with learning, creativity, outdoor activities and memorable experiences.

A huge thank you to Animal Club for giving our children such an incredible experience! 🐾💚 The children had an amazing time learning, exploring and discovering something new. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience!

We’ve got a busy September ahead at Sheffield Young Explorers, with lots of opportunities for children, young people and women to learn new skills, get creative, connect and have fun! 💛

☕ Coffee Mornings - Our weekly space for women to get out of the house, enjoy a cuppa, meet others and have a good chat.
📅 Thursdays throughout September | 9:30am–11:00am

🥤 Smoothie Making – SYE Skills Workshop - Mix, create and experiment with different flavours while learning how to make your own delicious smoothies!
📅 Saturday 12th September | 5:00pm–6:30pm

🏃 Survival Games with Scouts Leader Mohammed Osman - An action-packed outdoor session filled with survival challenges, teamwork, problem-solving and plenty of fun!
📅 Saturday 12th September | 11:00am–1:00pm

☕😂 Latte & Laughs Time out for women to enjoy a lovely breakfast, meet new people, catch up with old friends and, of course, have plenty of laughs!
📅 Friday 25th September | 9:00am–10:30am

🔬 STEM with Steamworks – Hands-on STEM activities where children can experiment, explore, build and learn through doing!

Sheffield Young Explorers Girls' Social Sip and Craft Club:

The first Girls' Youth Collective session provided young women aged 11–16 with a safe, welcoming and creative space to build confidence, connect with peers and express themselves. The girls took part in hands-on activities, including making their own bath bombs and creating personalised bag charms. These activities encouraged creativity and self-expression, while giving the girls the opportunity to learn new practical skills and try something different.

The session also supported positive social interaction, allowing the girls to work alongside one another, share ideas and build new friendships in a relaxed environment. These activities provided an enjoyable way for the girls to relax and have fun.

Survival Games Boot Camp:

Get ready for an exciting day of fun, adventure and survival challenges! Kids will learn valuable survival skills, build confidence and put their problem-solving skills to the test, all while having a brilliant time.

With an experienced facilitator, Mohamed Osman, leading the activities, children will be guided through thrilling, hands-on challenges in a safe and engaging environment.
