💪 EXCITING NEWS! NEW GYM EQUIPMENT IS COMING TO ZEST! 🏋️‍♀️🔥
We’re upgrading your workout experience! 🎉 We’re adding new resistance machines to the mixed gym, plus a couple of new pieces of equipment in the Women-Only gym.
To get everything ready, both Zest gyms will be closed all day on Thursday 15th October.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. We can’t wait for you to experience the new equipment and enjoy an even better workout! 🙌💛

All Welcome to our new Community Table event next Tuesday 20th October! Attendees are offered a delicious free hot meal and the good company of neighbours!

Event: Community Table
Venue: St Stephens Church, Fawcett Street, S3 7PL
Time: Tuesday 20th October 12.30pm-2.30pm

Please ensure you book either via the QR code in the flyer below or via 07493 721380.

There will be a side room with a member of the health team there to get health information if required.
