Bus Services – Chesterfield Royal Hospital

Bolsover District Council is carrying out a survey following a request from Clowne Community Association in relation to bus services to Chesterfield Hospital. They would like to understand how residents travel to Chesterfield Hospital and any difficulties they face. The answers will help prepare evidence for the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) review of bus services, led by Mayor Claire Ward.

The survey closes on the 30 October 2026. The survey can be completed by clicking on the link below or the QR code.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Big Barlborough Festival such a fantastic success! From our amazing volunteers and organisers to everyone who came along and joined in the fun – we couldn't do it without you.

It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the events together. One of our entertainers, the magician, told us he loves coming to Barlborough because the children are so polite and the parents are always so friendly and supportive. We think that's something our community can be really proud of!

Thank you all for making the festival so special. We can't wait to see you again at our Christmas events! 🎄✨
