Green Party activist Abeer Alibbi, has once again held a workshop for young girls in the local area. Letting creativity fly is a joy and to see it happening in the area, led from one of our own team members, is wonderful.
"Today, I had the pleasure of delivering another creative workshop for girls aged 13+ at Wensley Centre. This was our second successful workshop, and it was wonderful to see the girls express their creativity and develop their skills through drawing, painting and hands-on activities. They also had the opportunity to continue and complete the projects they started during last week’s session. I’m really pleased to have delivered two workshops over two consecutive weeks, giving the girls a positive and creative space to learn, express themselves, build confidence and discover their talents. It has been lovely seeing their ideas develop from the first session to the second and watching what they were able to create. 🎨"

Today, one of our local volunteers, Abeer Ebbe, had the pleasure of delivering a clay workshop for girls aged 13+ at Wensley Centre.

"The workshop was designed to encourage the girls to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and express themselves in a relaxed and supportive environment. Using air-dry clay, they had the opportunity to create different shapes and designs, experiment with their own ideas, and enjoy learning something new. Most importantly, the aim was to create a safe and welcoming space where the girls could feel comfortable, be themselves, connect with others, and be proud of what they created. It was wonderful to see their creativity, confidence, and individual personalities come through in their work."
