Grab your costumes and dancing shoes – it’s time for some frightful fun at our Children's Halloween Disco! 🕸️🕷️

October can feel busy before we’ve even had time to catch our breath. School routines, darker evenings, packed lunches, work, clubs, and the growing pressure of the months ahead.

A small daily gratitude moment can help bring things back to what is right in front of us.

Not big, perfect “happy thoughts”. Just noticing the little things: warm socks, a child’s laugh, a cup of tea, a kind message, a meal everyone actually ate, or the smell that reminds you of someone you love.

For children and teens, it can be a gentle way to talk about feelings without making it feel like a big conversation. A simple question at dinner or bedtime can sometimes open a door.

Try asking: “What was one good thing about today?”
And if the answer is “nothing,” that’s okay too. Some days, getting through is enough.
