Massive apology to everyone at Elwick, Greatham and Murton Station yesterday! I was called to another branch for an engineer landing to repair some business critical equipment, by the time that was repaired and the backlog that it had created was cleared I didn't leave til 7pm!
Out and about as normal today with my lovely new sidekick that is going to make the van service more reliable. Since January I have been covering the van duties as well as running 3 other businesses without any sort of cover to be able to fill my shoes but I've still had to problem solved, cover shifts elsewhere and check all the paperwork everywhere else too so I'm sorry I've had to spread myself so thinly over that period but recruiting new staff to share that burden is going to make a massive difference once my lovely new assistant is up to speed. It's going to be a couple of weeks before she is flying from the nest and spreading her wings but she is absolutely lovely and I'm sure all our regulars are going to love her.
