🎉 We’re excited to see what 2026 will bring for No. 1759. 🎉 This year has been another year of steady progress as the photos show. We are very grateful for the loyal support, which enables the build to continue, and we look forward to welcoming you to our first 2026 open day on Saturday 7th March!

🎁Are you looking for an unusual gift? Then our new Pipes fund could be what you need! 🎄

The ‘Pipes Are Calling’: As we move forward with the braking system for the locomotive and source all the relevant components, we will also need a lot of pipework. So to fund the purchase of numerous lengths of copper and 2" steel pipes, we have launched the 'Pipes are Calling' fund to raise money to enable us to stockpile what we need and have it available when required. As you can see the schematic is quite extensive and complicated.

📣 FINAL Open Day of 2025: 6th December 🎉

We know No. 1759 is painted in colours which just happen to be traditionally associated with 🎄so what better way to celebrate the festive season than popping along between 10am & 1pm to see the build progress! There will also be the usual range of exclusive G5 products* for you to buy the railway lover in your life, or even treat yourself 😉

A warm welcome is guaranteed - we always offer steaming hot teas & coffees!

Open: Saturday 6th December 10am - 1pm
