Visitors can feed our animals, enjoy our play area & pedal tractors and try our homemade cakes. Home Farm Attingham is the perfect family day out where you really can meet feed and get up close and personal with all the animals you would expect to find on a British family farm. With home made teas and cakes that are worth spoiling any diet for.

Tomorrow is the big day! Open Farm Sunday at Home Farm, our annual FREE event joining in with hundreds of farmers across the country who open their doors to the public.
Here’s what you need to know!
⏰️We are open 10am until 5pm
🏰- We have a bouncy castle, fun competitions, craft activities, pedal tractors, animals to feed and BIG (we mean HUMONGOUS) farm machinery heading to the farm
🙋Ask questions! We have roped in lots of our farming friends. They will be wearing "I am a farmer, ask me a question" badges. If you have a question about food & farming - ask us - it's 100% what tomorrow is about
🍰Bring cash for your food/drink /animal food purchases - whilst we have a card machine it runs sloooow when we are busy so this will speed things up
🖐️ It's really important to wash your hands at regular intervals - soap and warm water NOT baby wipes or gels. We sound like a broken record but honestly we are sticklers for sparkling hands!
👟Wear sensible clothes & shoes bearing in mind we are a working farm
🚜We are accessible but bear in mind some lumps and bumps and wet patches if it rains (please let us know in advance if you have any queries)

3 sleeps to go! At Open Farm Sunday you get to meet us and our animals.
We have lots of traditional farm animals including:
🐄Cows & calves, sheep & lambs, goat & kids, chickens & chicks, rabbits, turkeys, peacocks, pigs & piglets, ponies & donkeys.
🪣You cany buy buckets of animal food for £1.50 and you can feed everything apart from the ponies and donkeys and you must throw it to the pigs.
‼️It is REALLY important you wash you hands after animal contact, before you eat and before you leave the farm. We have lots of handwash stations dotted around the farm. Please also ensure little ones don't stick fingers in their mouths.
☕It's also really important you only eat in our food and drink area located next to the tearoom. As tempting as walking around with a coffee is, we don't allow it - only because we don't want you to get a poorly tummy from the bacteria all animals & their droppings naturally carry! Please don't be upset if we see you and kindly ask you not to - it's for your own safety.

Four sleeps until Open Farm Sunday So lets talk about FOOD! 🍰🍦🥧
We will have our friends from local businesses Winsbury Ice Cream with their vintage ice cream van and Powells Pies serving up delicious pork pies and pickles.
In the tea room we will be serving up our homemade cake (which you can also takeaway!) hot & cold drinks, sandwiches and pasties from Jennys Catering as well as ice lollies for the little ones.
