The Nettles Volunteer Group is a not for profit organisation that meets on a regular basis to cultivate, maintain and enhance a public piece of land called ‘The Nettles’ in Sleaford. Additionally, the group provides and shares creative and conservational skills to its members and the local community.

Every second Monday of the month is Nettles Volunteer Day. Today we’ve started cutting and weaving our huge living willow screen, our annual task. We’ve got quite a lot done before the torrential rain flooded the afternoon.
