Today the Friday group celebrated the life of Dolly Parton who sadly passed away earlier this week with the help of AI they were able to have their photograph taken with her which they displayed on the walls and also all enjoyed a Dolly quiz 🥰❤️😍

🎱🍹 A great afternoon at the pub! 🍹🎱
Some of the Courtyard group enjoyed a visit to our local Highwood Pub for a friendly game of pool, a refreshing drink and plenty of laughs! 😄
There was some great competition, lots of encouragement and, most importantly, everyone had a fantastic time socialising together. 🎱👏

🥊 Another fantastic boxing session! 🥊
A big thank you to Ash from Solihull Community Boxing for another brilliant session today! 👏
The group are really coming on well, and it’s fantastic to see the improvements they are making in their fitness, discipline, balance, coordination and confidence. 💪
Everyone worked really hard and should be very proud of their efforts. Keep up the great work, everyone! 🥊👏

🎳 A Great Day Out at Resorts World! 🎳
Some of the Courtyard Group enjoyed a fantastic trip out to Resorts World for a game of ten-pin bowling at Hollywood Bowl! 🎉
Everyone played really well and there was plenty of friendly competition, lots of laughs and some great bowling along the way! 😄🎳
A brilliant day of fun, friendship and making great memories together! ❤️👏

Luke returned today after a few weekends in Cornwall Ash said he must of been practicing as he had a serious right hook Ash is not only teaching the lads to box he is also encouraging discipline and techniques ###

Considering the weather hasn’t been great for home grown produce the Courtyard has managed to grow these spuds and green beans which the cooking group will be utilising during Thursdays cooking session well done to all that helped keep the garden watered and w**d free

Friday Neil was supported to cook his own lunch he had a vegetable omelette Neil sliced the veggies and beat the eggs before adding all the ingredients to the frying pan Neil was super chuffed with his efforts and enjoyed his healthy lunch well done Neil 🍳🧑‍🍳🥘

Another 1-1 session for Q today his right hook is so impressive even his trainers have said they glad he punching pads lol Q is really excelling during these sessions and his confidence is growing to ,well done Q we are all super proud of the hard work and effort your putting

Today Q had the opportunity to have some 1-1 training off Ash and Paul due to his peers being on holidays . Q has really progressed with his training and has embraced the guidance off Ash and it really is shown in this latest training video ,both Paul and Ash are super impressed with Q and his right hook . Once again we are super grateful for Solihull boxing gym and their dedication to helping the courtyard group learn new skills and be able to access the boxing gym this is invaluable to us 🥊 so thank you from us all 🥰 ###
