A huge thank you to Dee from Fitnniss for such a fantastic session today! Everyone really enjoyed it and worked so hard with the exercises and boxercise too. A huge thank you to the community volunteers from CPW Engineering Consultants who came out today to help us at the Courtyard. Their support with general maintenance and removing scrap wood from our car park was greatly appreciated and made a real difference.
Special well done to Samuel, who worked hard assisting with unloading at the recycling centre and helping to clean up the people carrier afterwards. Great teamwork all round! 👏♻️🔨
