When got in touch and asked if I would like to try out one of their mud kitchen stove tops, I couldn’t turn it down. Our mud kitchen had seen better days and although the children still played with it, it was pretty uninspiring and in great need of a revamp. With this in mind I decided to repaint our existing mud kitchen and enlisted the help of my talented step dad to build me a new one to go along side which created more worktop space and room for the stove. The stove is such a perfect addition. It comes untreated so I gave it a quick coat of exterior clear oil and screwed it on. The hummingbirds have had a wonderful morning cooking using some loose parts and the new enamel wear from .
This kind of play promotes language and communication in children, develops social skills and allows them further imbed learning and understanding of their world through role play.
