The Mayflower Bus heads to Parliament! 🚌

Last week, students from St. Patricks Catholic Primary School, Weston Secondary School and Woodlands Community College, hopped aboard the Mayflower Bus to head to Parliament, celebrating the milestone that over 6,000 students have benefitted from our Mayflower Transport Bursary Scheme.

The scheme which was launched in January 2025, in partnership with Xelabus, helps schools and community groups overcome the financial barrier to accessing live theatre at both Mayflower Theatre and Mayflower Studios. To mark the milestone, local MP’s Darren Paffey and Satvir Kaur invited students from some of our Mayflower partner schools to visit parliament and reinforce the importance of the scheme.

Special thanks to both Darren Paffey and Satvir Kaur for the invite, Xelabus and our partner schools, and to Brakes, Honey Buns Bakery, Calbee Group, Capri Sun and Pip Organic London for supplying the students with food and drink for the day.

🔊 NEW SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT 🔊

Brace yourselves, sisters – direct from the West End, the smash-hit musical Sister Act is going on tour, with Paul Chuckle as Monsignor O’Hara 🙌

Disco diva Deloris’ life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a murder. Placed under protective custody, she is hidden in the one place she shouldn’t be found – a convent!

Encouraged to help the struggling choir, she inspires her fellow sisters to find their true voices as she unexpectedly rediscovers her own. Featuring original music by Tony® and 8-time Oscar® award-winner Alan Menken (Disney’s Aladdin, Enchanted) and songs inspired by Motown, soul and disco, this heavenly musical is joyous and uplifting in equal measures.
