https://pbs4.org.uk/recruitment/ We are a not for profit and social enterprise support provider for adults and young adults who have learning disabilities and/or autism. Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model of support helps people with learning disabilities achieve their ambitions and reduces the need for “challenging” behaviours using evidence-based approaches. We support people to live in

their own homes, with their own tenancies. Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst. We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 35 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of just over 200.

These activities form part of a wider project to create a calming box filled with positive quotes and mindfulness activities to encourage moments of reflection, relaxation, and wellbeing. 💚

PBS4 are excited to share progress on a development we are working in partnership with Enablement Homes to develop. The property will be for two people with complex needs to live independently whilst sharing support, leading to greater independence for them and cost effective support solutions for our commissioning partners.🏠✨

Over the past month builders have begun work and demolition is already underway as we take the first steps in bringing this development to life. This project reflects our continued commitment to creating high quality living environments that support independence and wellbeing.

Check out some of the photos to see the progress so far. We look forward to sharing further updates as the transformation continues.
