We are delighted to have the Minister of Veterans and People as our keynote speakers this year on Belong Beyond Boundaries.

Calvin Bailey was born in Zambia and raised in Southeast London. He commissioned as a pilot into the RAF in 1999, flying predominantly C-130 and A400M aircraft. He deployed on operations worldwide, including time in Afghanistan, Haiti, Cyprus, Sudan, and Iraq. He also helped establish the Armed Forces Chronic Conditions and Disabilities Network and chaired the RAF Ethnic Minorities Network.

There are 4 stages you have to move to make meaningful impact,

Stage 1 - You have to Learn
Stage 2 - You have to Lead
Stage 3- You have to Listen
Stage 4- You have to Leap

Most people go back to Stage 1 every time you change your career or job, which can be very uncomfortable. And that is where everything happens.
