We’ve heard you and have been working on how we can improve the services we provide you in your homes – especially when it comes to repairs and housing support. 🏡
Our new Services Strategy sets out the changes we’re making over the next five years to help deliver a better day-to-day experience for our customers.
This includes:
• Investing in our repairs and maintenance services to make it quicker, easier and more reliable
• Strengthening local housing teams so you get the support you need, closer to home
• Creating more opportunities for you to have your say and shape our services
• Improving support for customers who need extra help, including those in supported housing or facing homelessness
We know how important it is to feel comfortable, safe and supported in your home and with your feedback these changes are all about making a real difference where it matters most. 🩷
