No Limits is a free and confidential information, advice, advocacy, counselling and support charity for children and young people in Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight under the age of 26. No Limits is a charity which offers free and confidential information, advice, counselling, support and advocacy for children and young people under 26 who live in Southampton and Hampshire

. We rely on the support of volunteers, local partnerships and dedicated staff who help thousands of young people a year.

📽️ Southampton Ukulele Jam are taking their record-breaking uke-a-thon onto the big screen in a behind-the-scenes documentary.

The evening will be raising money for four local charities, No Limits, Society of St James, Mountbatten Hampshire and Yellow Door. 💚

There will also be a live performance from the jam! 🎵

🏫 This fortnight's school and college drop-in theme has been LGBTQ+ and pride month.

The team have been talking to students about they can be allies, as well as raising awareness of our brilliant sibling charity, Breakout Youth.

👋 Last weekend our detached team went to the Vedic Society SEND awareness event to raise awareness of their work and our services.

The event was organised by Southampton Vedic Society to raise awareness of the needs of young people with SEND.

They also bumped into Darren Paffey MP and had a good discussion about the work we are doing to support young people in the community and how No Limits can be involved in future initiatives.

🌡️ We are looking for an experienced fundraising manager to join our team and take our individual, community and corporate fundraising to the next level!

This dynamic role will see you will create and deliver our fundraising strategy, building and maintaining relationships across the community, as well as attending events to maximise donations and working with teams to create impactful campaigns.

🌍 We particularly welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and those who have had experiences similar to the young people we aim to support. We are committed to creating a diverse environment where people can be their authentic selves, where their experiences and opinions are valued, and we are all open to learning from each other.

At our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street, young people under 26 can get free, non-judgmental, face-to-face support on a number of topics without needing an appointment.

Our trained youth workers are here to support you with things including:

🏠 Housing
💷 Income, benefits and debt
💼 Employment
🤝 Relationships
🍆 Sexual health

🌲 No Limits are delighted to be launching a new low cost, private counselling service, Avenue Counselling.

Starting from 1st July, support is available to children and young people aged 5-25 and their families across the south of England.

We offer:
🧒 One-to-one counselling for children and young people aged 5-25
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family counselling
💬 Parenting consultation, for parents and carers whose child is, or is about to receive support from No Limits or Avenue Counselling.

Support is available face-to-face at 35 The Avenue, Southampton, or appointments online or via phone.

🚨 Referrals are open now and currently there is no waiting list.
