No Limits All our services are confidential and free to young people.

No Limits is a free and confidential information, advice, advocacy, counselling and support charity for children and young people in Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight under the age of 26. No Limits is a charity which offers free and confidential information, advice, counselling, support and advocacy for children and young people under 26 who live in Southampton and Hampshire. We rely on the support of volunteers, local partnerships and dedicated staff who help thousands of young people a year.

This is a group for women and girls aged 13-25 who are either or both of:
🟢 Self-identifying (no formal diagnosis needed) as having body image concerns
🟢 Wanting to learn more about body acceptance

Details of the group will be given to attendees after signing up to make sure it is safe and confidential.

People's stories, feelings and experiences all matter. When talking to someone about their mental health, helping them to feel heard and understood can do them a lot of good.

Are you ready to take control of your finances? 💷

Money Ready are running a two-day course designed for young people in transitional life stages to learn how to manage their money.

If you're leaving school, starting college, preparing to, or living independently for the first time, this course is made for you.

After completing both days, attendees will receive a Leve 1 Personal Money Management accreditation 🏵️

Plus, lunch is provided by Maurie's! 😋

A huge thank you to Shirley Fringe for choosing No Limits as their 2026 charity 🙏

It was incredible to be part of and we are delighted that over £6,400 was raised from the Fringe for our services!! 🤩

We're so grateful to Emma, Mark and the rest of the Clockwork team, all the venues, acts and everyone who donated. It was a blast and we had so much fun being involved!
