🍁 Dive into Autumn with Confidence!
We have spaces available for all ages and abilities this autumn, from babies taking their first splash to adults building confidence in the water.

🏊 We teach every Swim England stage
Our programme is fully progressive — starting from baby water‑confidence all the way through to strong, capable adult swimmers. Wherever you or your child are starting from, we’ll help you move forward.

💧 Lessons for everyone:

• Baby & toddler swimmers — gentle, fun water introduction
• Children’s progressive stages — structured learning with clear goals
• Older beginners — it’s never too late to learn
• Adult lessons — join the fun and build confidence at your own pace

If your child hasn’t learnt to swim yet, or if you’re an adult wanting to finally take the plunge, you’re absolutely welcome — we offer it all.

Send us your swimmer’s name and age, and we’ll help you find the perfect class.

🛟 Rookie Lifeguard Course – Mondays 8–9pm

One‑hour weekly lifesaving training for confident swimmers aged 8–14.
Children learn real rescue skills, water safety, teamwork and confidence in deeper water.

⭐ What they’ll learn

• Lifesaving skills — rescues, tows, safe approaches
• Water safety — risk awareness, safe decisions
• Confidence building — deeper water, teamwork, problem‑solving
• Rookie Lifeguard awards — Bronze, Silver & Gold levels
• Great for strong swimmers wanting a new challenge

📍 When & Where

• Mondays 8–9pm
• Southminster Pool

💷 Cost

• £11.50 per lesson
• Booked termly (monthly split available)
