A great team effort out and about in Manor this evening.

Lots of support and it's very clear other parties are playing on national issues as their candidates are not embedded in our community.

I care about Manor ward. I love Manor ward only I will stand up and ensure Burton Manor, Moss Pit and Rising Brook continues to have the investment and representation they deserve.

Following worrying reports that LGBTQ+ Pride displays are being taken down in Staffordshire Libraries, I've signed a joint letter with colleagues to the Leader of Staffordshire County Council, Martin Murray urging him to look into this matter urgently.

More fantastic offerings from the brilliant Stafford College!

More good news for Stafford College! It's one of the first places in England approved to offer new flexible, bite-sized courses under Labour's Lifelong Learning Entitlement.

This is part of HUGE reforms that will mean student finance is available for retraining later in life and shorter courses, for the first time in history.

The current system is rigid and doesn't work for everyone, and plenty of people want to retrain or upskill later in life, but struggle to access education due to work and life commitments.

These reforms bring yet more recognition for Stafford College, the best in the country, as an outstanding place to learn. And the timing couldn’t be better, with a new, dedicated Adult Skills Hub opening on the high street in September this year.

Can't wait to see local people benefit with new qualifications and careers!

I've been out and about in Gravel Lane talking to residents about what matters to them.

The support has been absolutely fantastic with people appreciating the work our Borough Council is doing and helping shape how our community is improved.

I love our community and will fight to make sure Burton Manor, Rising Brook and Moss pit get what they deserve.
