🚨Stanley Neighbourhood Policing Team – Weekly Update🚨
Here’s a brief overview of this weeks recent activity from your local Neighbourhood Policing Team;
đźš— After being alerted to an intoxicated male, behind the wheel of a car by Durham County Council Neighbourhood Wardens - North, NPT officers arrested the male on scene and transported him to custody.
🗣️ PCSOs attended a community drop in at Tanfield Lea Community Centre and engaged with members of the public regarding issues in the area.
🔪 After reports of a fight involving weapons, officers attended the area and arrested one male for multiple offences including possession of an offensive weapon. Enquiries are ongoing into this incident.
🏍️ Officers have attended multiple incidents of off road bikes or quads being rode on roads and in a dangerous manner. Officers have pursued one bike and utilised their drone to try and locate and follow two quads that were reported. Enquiries are ongoing into all instances.
👮‍♂️ Your Neighbourhood Team attended the Armed Forces Day Flag Raising on Stanley Front Street, as organised by Stanley Town Council.
