After many years of dedicated service with The Care and Support Group, the time has come for Karen to begin a well-earned retirement.

O had the most amazing day today at Avril Alpacas.. 🦙💛

She took part in a private SEND session which was incredibly person-centred and tailored perfectly to her. O got to groom, walk and cuddle the alpacas, and absolutely loved every minute of it.

O also participated in some crafts and enjoyed some cake while there! 🍰✨ The whole experience was calm, welcoming and overall amazing, making it such a great experience for O.

Thank you so much for your kindness and patience — O can’t wait to come back! 🥰
