Forth Housing Association Announces Temporary Office Closure for Refurbishment Works! 🏠🛠⚠️

We are pleased to announce that refurbishment works will begin at our office on Friday 18th September, with the building expected to remain closed for approximately six weeks while improvements are carried out.

The investment will create a more accessible, welcoming, and fit-for-purpose environment for both tenants and staff. Planned improvements include enhanced accessibility features, additional tenant meeting rooms, and expanded office accommodation to support the Association's growing team and the services it delivers.

Over the past few years, Forth Housing Association has increased staffing levels to meet the growing needs of tenants and communities. The refurbishment will also create space for a new Housing Officer due to join the organisation in the coming months, helping to strengthen frontline services and support to our tenants.

Sharon Brady-Wardrope, Director of Forth Housing Association, said:

"This investment reflects our commitment to continually improving both the services we provide and the environment in which we deliver them. The refurbishment will make our office more accessible, provide better facilities for tenants to meet with staff, and ensure we have the space needed to support our growing team. Ultimately, these improvements will help us deliver an even better service to our customers."

While the main office is closed, tenants and customers are encouraged to contact the Association by telephone or email wherever possible. Essential face-to-face services will continue, with some staff temporarily relocating to the Boilerhouse building, located across the car park from the current office.

Clear signage will be in place throughout the Business Centre to direct visitors to the temporary location and ensure they can access services with minimal disruption.

Forth Housing Association would like to thank tenants, customers and partners for their patience and understanding during the refurbishment period and looks forward to welcoming everyone back to the improved facilities later this autumn.

During the Closure

• Some staff will be based in the Boilerhouse building across the car park.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality housing management services. This includes managing rent accounts, void properties, housing allocations, tenancies and estates, while providing support, advice and assistance to help tenants sustain their tenancies and enjoy living within their communities.

You’ll take responsibility for an area-based ‘patch’ of our homes, putting tenants at the heart of service delivery and working proactively to ensure high standards are achieved.

We’re looking for someone with strong all-round experience in delivering high-quality housing management services, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads effectively.

The programme includes employability qualifications, one-to-one and group support, CV and interview preparation, wellbeing sessions and the opportunity to take part in work experience of your choice.
