Volunteer Coordinator
Location: Stirling Reuse Hub & Reclaimers, Stirling
Hours: Part-time (12–20 hours per week, by agreement)
Contract: Fixed-term, 1 year (continuation subject to securing future funding)
Salary: £13.45 per hour

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Coordinator to support and develop our volunteer team across Stirling Reuse Hub and Reclaimers.
Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, helping us reduce waste, support our local community, and give donated items a second life. This is a people-focused role where you'll recruit, welcome and support volunteers, helping to create a positive and inclusive volunteering experience. You'll also maintain volunteer records and collate data to support reporting and funding requirements.
We are a flexible employer and are happy to discuss working patterns between 12 and 20 hours per week to suit the successful candidate. The role will include some weekend working.
What You'll Do
Recruit, induct and support volunteers.
Coordinate volunteer activities and maintain rotas.
Build positive relationships and provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.
Maintain accurate volunteer records and collate data.
Work closely with colleagues across both sites to ensure volunteers are well supported.
Promote a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
About You
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Can manage information accurately and use basic IT systems.
Is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Shares our commitment to community, sustainability and inclusion.
Has experience working with volunteers or in a customer or community-facing role (desirable).
