Counting down to BBC Radio 2 in the Park in Stirling this September?🎶
If you're joining us at Stirling City Park from 11th-13th September, here are some handy travel tips to help you get to the event, however you'll be arriving!
🚌By Shuttle Bus
Official shuttle buses will operate to Stirling from multiple locations on all three days of the event. Book a seat in advance via the official shuttle bus booking website: https://www.happybus.co.uk/events?events=radio+2
🚄By Train
Stirling Station is around a one-mile walk from the event site, with taxis nearby. Please check with ScotRail before you travel, as planned engineering works may affect some services between Edinburgh and Stirling over the weekend.
🚕By Taxi
The official taxi rank will be on Queen’s Road, between Albert Place and the Victoria Place roundabout. It’s around a 10-minute walk from the event and will be clearly signposted.
🚗By Road
Stirling is easily accessible via the M9, M80 and A9, just 50 minutes from Edinburgh and 30 minutes from Glasgow. Pre-booked parking is available across the city, with spaces limited. Book in advance: https://www.officialbbceventparking.com/Events.aspx?CustomerId=91
Need dropped off or picked up? The Friends & Family point at Castleview Car Park will operate throughout the festival weekend. 🚖
🚐By Coach
Stirling has regular direct coach services from Glasgow and Edinburgh, with journey times of around 40 minutes and 1 hour respectively. We're also well connected to destinations across Scotland, including Perth and St Andrews. Stirling Bus Station is located near Stirling Train Station, and offers facilities including left luggage lockers. Plan your journey at travelinescotland.com.

Cycle parking will be available close to the Accessible Transport Hub. Exact details to be confirmed!
