The Town Council are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as Parade Marshal for this year’s Remembrance Sunday commemorations.

This is a high-profile role central to the most important civic event in our calendar.

The Parade Marshal is responsible for the smooth, dignified, and precise ex*****on of the parade, ensuring all participants pay tribute with the respect and discipline the occasion demands.

This is a voluntary position.

References will be required.

Please submit a letter of interest to the Town Clerk (information below), detailing your experience and suitability for the role by 30th June 2026.

Interviews are scheduled to take place in July 2026.

Our next Teacups & Toddlers session is all about exploring textures!
Join us for a fun-filled sensory play session where little ones can discover and enjoy a variety of textures, including cereal, sand, flour, water, spaghetti, and more.

📍 Low Grange Community Centre
📅 Thursday 11th June
🕛 12:00pm – 2:00pm

This is a free session, and everyone is welcome. Suitable for children aged 0–3 years, it's a great opportunity for little ones to learn, play, and get messy in a safe and stimulating environment.

KINDNESS TABLE
We'll also have out Kindness Table available to everyone who comes along with a selection of free baby clothes.
