Based in Stockton-on-Tees, we offer supported accommodation to single homeless individuals facing complex challenges, such as mental health struggles, addiction, and trauma. Our mission is to empower residents to rebuild their lives, gain confidence, and move towards independent

living. With a compassionate team and a community-focused approach, we provide the tools, support, and encouragement our residents need to achieve lasting change. Every person who walks through our doors has a story, and at Bridge House, we work to help them turn the page to a brighter chapter. From offering practical resources to fostering a sense of belonging, we strive to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels valued. Today, we held a Celebration of Life in honour of the wonderful Gareth Rees.

Gareth was one of our much-loved residents and often spoke about how happy he was living at Bridge House. He was a popular member of our community and will be remembered with great affection by both residents and staff.

Following Gareth's passing, his family very generously donated the proceeds from his funeral in support of our residents. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to enjoy a wonderful afternoon of food, games, and companionship as we came together to celebrate Gareth's life and cherish the many happy memories he leaves behind.

A heartfelt thank you to Gareth's family for their generosity and for making this special afternoon possible. Their thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated by everyone at Bridge House.

Gardening Project 🥬🥕

In recent years with our new terrace space, we have been getting the residents involved in some gardening work. What a beautiful job they have done! We are all so grateful to have this incredible space to use in the sunshine 🌞
