Civic Sunday will take place on Sunday 12th July.

The Parade will begin to assemble in Station Road (ST15 8JP) at 10.30am ready to move off at 10.45am, proceeding via Station Road and High Street to St Michael and St. Wulfad's Church.

Guests and members of the public who wish to join the parade and attend the church service are asked to assemble outside 15 Station Road at 10.30am.

The parade will move onto the morning Service at the Parish Church of St. Michael and St. Wulfad, Stone, ST15 8BD.

The Service will commence at 11.00am and include the symbolic ‘passing of the chain’ between the previous Town Mayor and Deputy and the current holders of the roles.

Polite notice: There will be road closures in place for this event.

The Stone Town Mayor and Consort, Councillor Andrew Best and Mrs Rosie Best, will be hosting a Charity Quiz Night at the Frank Jordan Centre, Lichfield Street, Stone, ST15 8NA, on Thursday 25 June 2026 at 7:00pm, with the Quiz starting at 7:30pm.

You and your guests are warmly invited to attend the evening in support of the Mayor’s Charities which are Stone Scout & Guide Band, Stone Alzheimer’s Club and Man Time.

Tickets are priced at £6 each with a maximum of 6 people in a team. A raffle will also take place during the evening.

Please bring your own food/nibbles and drinks – alcoholic and non-alcoholic – as there is no pay bar.

Craig Sumner's exhibition opens at Stone Heritage Centre today!

The Heritage Centre is open from 11.00am - 3.00pm, Thursday - Saturday.

Stone Heritage is excited to exhibit the fantastic work of local artist, Craig Sumner from 21st May 2026.

Owners of cars that have been booked in have been sent email confirmation.

Only cars that have been confirmed as being booked in are able to attend this event - we will not be able to accommodate any cars that turn up on the day.
