Please be advised of the following closures:

• See Attached Schedule

These roads will be closed (as per the attached plans) from 21/09/2026 to 23/09/2026 between the hours of 20:00 - 05:30 each night to allow for carriageway resurfacing work by Gloucestershire Highways.

Emergency and pedestrian access will be maintained.

This road will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 28/10/2026 to 30/10/2026 between the hours of 0930 - 1530 to allow for emergency duct installation works by Openreach.

Emergency and pedestrian access will be maintained.

This road will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 21:00 11/10/2026 to 05:00 12/10/2026 to allow for a retaining wall inspection by Network Rail

20th August 2026 - Oldends Lane Play Area

Unfortunately, significant vandalism occurred at the children's playground in Oldends Lane overnight, which has put children’s safety at risk.
Our Maintenance Officer will be on site today to carry out repairs and help avoid the need for closure. If you have any information about those responsible, please contact Stonehouse Town Council or the police. Reports can be made anonymously.
Sadly, our team regularly deals with broken glass, litter and damage to equipment in this play area. Please help us keep our playgrounds safe and welcoming for local children by reporting vandalism and looking after our community spaces.

Ride+Stride is an annual walking and cycling event that encourages people to explore their local area while raising funds to support churches across the county with vital repairs and maintenance.

Churches are an important part of many local communities. As well as being places of worship, they often provide spaces for community activities, meetings, events and support. The funds raised through Ride+Stride help churches maintain these valuable buildings so that they can continue to serve their communities for years to come.

📣 The Day is Here... The Lido officially opens TODAY! 🏊‍♀️☀️

Our Lido season officially begins today, with our first session commencing at 9.00am this morning.

We're also delighted to be launching our brand-new poolside café, offering the perfect spot to relax, refuel and enjoy refreshments during your visit. ☕🍰

To help make your visit as smooth as possible, please note that parking on site is limited. We encourage visitors to consider car sharing, walking, cycling or using public transport where possible. 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚌
