Working Party Day 8th June

So, it was hood up, hood down, raincoat on, raincoat off on Monday! Nature sighed in relief, at having a good dose of rain...

Team SIB:

• Refilled the now repaired Fig Tree wooden planter and replanted the Fig Tree alongside some other plants to keep it company
• Installed two new hanging baskets outside Zaika restaurant in the High Street
• Weeded some of the many weedy areas along the High Street
• Worked in their own areas, including the Station Steps Garden, Elm Road Garden, The Old Chapel Garden and High Street.

Notice: Laburnum Field Works

A section at the top of Laburnum Field has been fenced off due to urgent sewage works currently taking place.

Please keep clear of the fenced area for your safety and to allow the works to be completed as quickly as possible.

The works are expected to take approximately 2 weeks.

Laburnum Walk remains open and accessible as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding while these essential works are carried out.
