The gates open from 11am with the event concluding at 9pm

Disabled parking will be available at Stotfold Football Club. There will be limited parking available at both Pix Brook Academy and Etonbury Academy until 6pm when their gates will close. (We will be announcing this time on the PA system to remind you all!) We would kindly urge all residents that are able to, to walk to the event. As you would expect, parking restrictions will be in place along Arlesey Road to help ease congestion.

Yes, if the weather is not too hot (please use your own judgement on this) then please fee free to bring your dogs along to Stotfest. Dogs must remain on leads at all times (and please do bring along plenty of p**p bags!)

We encourage people to please use our food and drink vendors where possible. We have a great selection of stalls this year, so hopefully there is something for everyone! You can choose to bring along your own refreshments, however we request that no glass is brought on to the site and that all rubbish is placed in bins provided.

Yes, we have some seating available around the bar area, however we do encourage you to bring along your own picnic rugs and camping chairs as this helps create a lovely relaxed seating area with a great view of the stage to enjoy the days events.

Residents will already know that Arlesey Road is a large open space where shade is fairly limited. We do have some provision for shade, however we would encourage you all to bring your hats, sun cream and plenty of water if the weather looks as hot as it is predicted to be.

This year we have a fantastic selection of community stalls for you to wander round (please do remember to bring your loose change for these!) Alongside this, we have a selection of fair rides suitable for our youngest guests right up to our big children this year (yes, that's the adults!) - all fair rides are operated by a token system, with tokens costing ยฃ2 per person.
